By law in many working environments you must display the relevant health and safety notices which should show a symbol which can be easily understood. Signage plays a crucial role informing workers and visitors to the site of possible dangers and keeping a safe working environment.

At Mirage Signs we can supply the correct Health and Safety signage for just about every requirement. With many 'off the shelf' standard signs in stock we can also customise safety signs for particular installations.

With the introduction of the new safety sign standard ISO 7010 many of the older safety signs based on the BS5499 standard have been replaced. For new installations you should request the new standard but if you have existing signage it is best practice not to mix the two standards and cause confusion. Both are still in general use.

Many different materials can be used to cater for inside or outside use and even photo luminescent signs which show the way in low light situations. The sign material itself could be channelled aluminum for installation on posts, or stickers to be applied to machinery. Roads signs can be supplied using approved Class 1 & Class 2 reflective vinyl. We can supply frosted vinyl for glass awareness applications and designed with your logo or message.
